Measurements and representation

All measurements or dimensions given are approximate as pieces are hand made and may vary. Whilst every endeavour is made to represent the items accurately with clear pictures and concise descriptions, some variations may occur.

Delivery

All deliveries within Australia will be sent by registered post. A flat rate of $10.00 (including GST) will apply to each order. For international orders freight costs and delivery times are available on request.

Goods damaged in transit

Our products are of the highest quality and are packaged to reach you safely. As such we guarantee to replace any item which is deemed flawed or damaged, or refund your money. If in the unlikely event the goods reach you in a damaged state, please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 3 working days after receipt of the goods. Please retain all damaged packaging for inspection by the shipping company if required. Damaged or imperfect goods must be returned to Felicity & Co no later than 7 working days after receipt of the goods.

Prices

All prices are in $AUD and are inclusive of 10% GST where applicable, but do not include postage and handling.
